PAYPAL PAYMENT

PayPal is the recommended payment method. When you checkout with PayPal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you have two options:

1. If you have a PayPal account, you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

2. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can click "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" button, and you’ll be redirected to a secure page to complete your payment via PayPal without creating an account.

 

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD

If you have a Visa or Master Card or American Express or Discover and you don't want to use PayPal, you can checkout with the "Credit/Debit Card" option. You’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information and complete your payment safely.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

Depending on the brand of merchandise you order we could ship from multiple warehouse locations all across the world, each of which use either UPS or FedEx & First Class Priority Mail.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 5 BUSINESS DAYS from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 2 BUSINESS DAYS of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@Korkomaz.com

  • Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will usually ship the following business day. Business day means Monday through Friday except the following holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Thanks giving Day, Day after Thanksgiving Day, Independence Day, Christmas Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No, We ship all orders for free within the continental 48 United States. We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii but the customer is responsible to pay the shipping costs.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii

The cost to ship an order to Alaska, Hawaii can vary drastically depending on what you are ordering and what part of the State/Country you live in. Our store will allow you to place and order shipping to one of these 2 locations but WE WILL NOT & CANNOT SHIP THERE FOR FREE. Once we receive and order shipping to one of these 2 locations we will price out the shipping and let you know what it will cost. If you decide to proceed with the order we will bill you the difference, if you decide you don't want to pay the shipping we will cancel and refund your order. WHERE DO WE SHIP FROM?

Depending on the brand of merchandise you order, we could ship from multiple warehouse locations all across the U.S. When your order is received on our system, we find the closest warehouse to ship from so your order will arrive as quickly as possible.  

DAMAGES

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@Korkomaz.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Doomsday Tires wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not pleased with the merchandise that you receive, or you have simply changed your mind, we will provide you with a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. 

Cancellation:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.  

Follow the steps below to initiate your return:

Full credit will be issued:

  1. The wrong merchandise is shipped.
  2. The merchandise is damaged during shipping.
  3. The merchandise is defective.
  4. The merchandise does not properly fit your vehicle and Doomsday Tires approved fitment.

Full credit will not be issued due to IMPROPER PACKAGING

If the packages are not treated gently during shipment and without the proper packaging, the products can become damaged. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the tires are protected. We cannot accept returns on items that show any signs of use or damage. Under no circumstance will Doomsday Tires accept a return of a product that is damaged due to the negligence of the customer. All returned items are inspected; used and damaged items will be returned to the customer. Remember, the products are still your property until Doomsday Tires receives them back. 

Refunds are credited back to your original method of payment only. It can take 3 to 5 business days to process a return after it arrives at our distribution center. You'll receive an email confirmation when your return is received.

 

We make every effort to have your order shipped within 24 hours of processing, however our shippers do not pick up shipments on weekends or holidays. They will pick up shipments the following business day.
