No Products in the Cart
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g.)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will get contacted by LibanPost within 2 to 3 business days for cash receiving.

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the products are protected. We cannot accept returns on items that show any signs of use or damage. Under no circumstance will Korkomaz Shop accept a return of a product that is damaged due to the negligence of the customer. All returned items are inspected; used and damaged items will be returned back to the customer. Remember, the products are still your property until Korkomaz Shop receives them back.
